Required
- Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN licensure in a U.S. state, territory, or commonwealth

- Graduation from an approved practical or vocational nursing school or equivalent military training
- Ability to lift and carry up to 44 pounds
- Ability to perform nursing duties including medication administration, patient observation, and emergency response
