- Warehouse or logistics operations management experience with receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Hands-on warehouse or inventory management system experience
- Third-party logistics provider and carrier management
- Domestic freight knowledge (LTL, FTL, parcel)
- Safety and regulatory knowledge for IT and electronic equipment shipping and storage
- Written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to build processes and scale operations reliably
- Willingness to travel to warehouse and data center sites in the US
