- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- U.S. citizen
- 10+ years business software implementation consulting or support experience
- 5+ years managing or delivering SAP engineering or maintenance services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or related field, or equivalent experience
- ERP software implementation experience
- Software services sales, contract management and/or negotiations experience
- Seasoned SAP Basis experience
- S/4 HANA and/or SAP ERP implementation experience (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield)
- Data center migration experience (on-premise to cloud or hybrid)
- System landscape and technical architecture knowledge
- Cloud architecture knowledge (private and public)
- Transformation and migration experience (on-premise to cloud)
- Integration and extensibility experience (Business Technology Platform)
- Cyber and information security knowledge
- Ability to maintain SAP S/4 HANA, PI/PO, Portal, GRC, Solution Manager and IDM
- Monthly SAP CVE maintenance for above applications
- SAP HANA platform and database maintenance
- SAP Sybase database maintenance
- Basic AWS EC2 understanding
- 100% on-site in Chantilly, VA
- Expert-level customer-facing communication and presentation skills with executives

- Advanced SAP AGS certifications
- Principal TQM delivery experience
- Prior experience moving on-premise software to cloud, cloud migrations, IaaS, PaaS, and/or SaaS solutions
