Required
- 5+ years of test engineering, design verification, or validation experience
- Experience designing and maintaining Hardware-in-the-Loop systems
- Deep familiarity with V&V methodologies for complex robotic or embedded systems
- Strong Python proficiency for automation and scripting
- MATLAB/Simulink for real-time model development
- Experience with GitHub Actions and test automation in hardware environments
- Deep understanding of EtherCAT, Ethernet, CAN, SPI, I2C, and differential UART
- Experience with real-time simulation platforms (dSpace or NI) and real-time operating systems like Linux RT
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Nice to have
- Background in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or aerospace
- Familiarity with Acontis and EtherCAT simulation tools
- Linux system administration and Docker experience
- Experience with robotics simulation platforms (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo, Webots)
- Experience with programmable power supplies, electronic loads, and PXI-based switching hardware
- Experience in high-growth startup or NPI environment
- Master's degree
