Required

  • Experience with entity structures across multiple jurisdictions and contemporaneous documentation
  • Knowledge of cross-border withholding and permanent establishment analysis
  • Track record owning discrete workstreams on capital-intensive deals from intake through close
  • Ability to work across Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and business teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication for tax analysis

Nice to have

  • 8 to 10 years of tax experience with datacenter or infrastructure exposure
  • Big 4 or law firm datacenter or infrastructure tax practice experience
  • In-house tax experience at hyperscaler or cloud provider
  • Hands-on transfer pricing experience for intercompany services and benchmarking
  • Experience with owner-operator transitions and construction-period capitalization
  • Experience with non-US datacenter tax regimes
  • JD, LL.M. in Taxation, CPA, or MST
