Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex accounting processes
  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement, technology implementation, or transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • CPA or equivalent professional certification
  • Familiarity with automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled technologies
  • Experience with partnership investments, alternative investments, or insurance investment accounting
  • Knowledge of statutory accounting and insurance industry reporting requirements
  • Experience implementing accounting systems, investment subledgers, or finance transformation initiatives
