What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent discipline, or 15+ years relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years direct experience managing and maintaining process automation systems such as Emerson DeltaV, ABB 800xA, and Rockwell PlantPAx
- Direct experience executing automation projects following ISA S88 batch standard and GAMP
- Strong communication and coordination skills across manufacturing functions in 24/7 environments
- Problem-solving and technical issue resolution in commissioning and operating environments
- Ability to travel 5-10% domestically and internationally
Nice to have
- Programming and/or configuration experience with Emerson DeltaV, ABB 800xA, or Rockwell PlantPAx
- Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience with documentation, change management, and validation requirements
- Experience with control systems in virtualized environments
- Full lifecycle safety instrumented systems experience
- Knowledge of ISA 95 standard and basic control system understanding
