Required
- Large-scale infrastructure delivery experience (multi-region cloud, HPC, or ≥10k accelerators)
- Technical depth from cluster orchestration through planning telemetry
- SQL and Python proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent engineering track record
Nice to have
- Reserved-capacity or private-offer experience with cloud or neocloud providers
- Demand-planning translation and variance analysis
- Data center or colocation delivery experience (power, space, network, vendor management)
- Accelerator health assessment and fleet-health SLO definition
