- Deliver exceptional customer service following Peet's service standards
- Prepare handcrafted beverages to high standards in taste, appearance, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffeebar
- Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality
- Minimum availability of two days per week meeting business needs including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
