Required
- Owned production change management at scale (deploy pipelines, config management, or canary analysis)
- Run high-stakes releases as launch captain, incident commander, or release owner
- Meaningful on-call experience for production systems with incident response track record
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating on AWS or GCP at scale
- Proficient in Python
Nice to have
- 8+ years of software engineering or site reliability engineering experience
- Demonstrated history of reducing operational toil through automation
- Experience running launch or production-readiness review processes across teams
- Familiarity with LLM inference systems and transformer-based model operations
- Experience with Rust
