Required
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 10+ years of electrical design and development experience
- Designing, testing, and integrating electrical systems for space applications
- PCB design including schematic, layout, routing, and fabrication files
- Test equipment proficiency: multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers
- Leading technical reviews and presenting to stakeholders
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers
- Supporting proposal efforts and cost/schedule estimates
- U.S. Person status for ITAR/EAR compliance
Nice to have
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Extensive Space Hardware industry experience
