Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field
5+ years professional experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning engineering
Production experience with large language models including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG architecture, and agent development
Strong Python programming proficiency with AI/ML libraries and frameworks
Experience with AI development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
Hands-on experience with vector databases, cloud platforms, API design, and containerized deployment
Experience designing data pipelines and document processing systems for unstructured content at scale
Demonstrated interest or experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory domains

Nice to have

Master's or advanced degree
Proficiency in TypeScript or Java
Building or deploying AI solutions in regulated industries
Agentic AI patterns and multi-step autonomous workflows
Enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices
Experience with bias testing, explainability, and EU AI Act compliance
