What they ask for
Required
- 15+ years in server/platform system software architecture
- BS/MS/PhD in EE/CS or equivalent experience
- Experience building AI infrastructure in space or mission-critical embedded systems
- Full-stack knowledge spanning firmware, OS, drivers, and manageability
- Understanding of hardware management interfaces (USB, SMBus/I2C, PCIe)
- Proficiency with Redfish, MCTP, and PLDM protocols
- Strong C/C++ and Python skills
- Experience programming and debugging server platforms including pre-silicon
- Experience with Git or Perforce and Jira
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Self-starter comfortable with hands-on coding
Nice to have
- Space, aerospace, or defense platform software architecture experience
- Knowledge of SEU/SEFI mitigation, ECC strategy, TID/SEE qualification, and rad-hard partitioning
- Experience with autonomous or unreachable data center operations
- Hands-on with x86 or ARM (Grace/Vera) system architecture
- Familiarity with NVIDIA AI stack (CUDA, DCGM, DOCA/OFED, GPU drivers)
- Knowledge of NSA PHIPs security and post-quantum networking
- Familiarity with aerospace standards (VPX, MIL-STD, NASA EEE-INST-002)
- Technical leadership of large programs with 50+ engineers across firmware, OS, and driver teams
- Experience reviewing hardware schematics and PCB layouts
