What they ask for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years in mission operations, launch systems, or aerospace
  • Experience with vehicle automation, telemetry analysis, and operational command and control
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting high pressure fluid or cryogenic systems
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or avionics systems
  • Strong problem-solving in real-time, high-stakes environments
  • Excellent communication and ability to guide multidisciplinary teams under pressure
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status (ITAR compliance)

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in related field
  • 10+ years in mission operations or launch systems
  • Expertise in reusable launch systems
