Required
- BSEE, MSEE, or PhD or equivalent experience
- 15+ years in semiconductor design or manufacturing engineering
- Deep understanding of transient VF behavior and its stress on defects and timing
- Built first-principles models connecting physical parameters to manufacturing outcomes, validated on real silicon
- Defined manufacturing test specifications on shipped products with explicitly sourced margin terms
- Developed and owned silicon validation experiments from NPI through production
