- 5-7+ years embedded software development in real-time or safety-critical systems
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong C and C++ proficiency for embedded systems
- Experience with DO-178C or similar safety-critical standards
- Experience with ARINC 429, RS-232, CAN, or AFDX communication interfaces
- Model-based development knowledge (SCADE)
