- Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Qualified perfumer from recognized perfumery school or equivalent training
- Track record as a Technical Perfumer in consumer goods
- Experience setting fragrance design rules and optimizing for market success
- Experience collaborating with analytical experts on predictive fragrance models
- Knowledge of fragrance raw material compliance and sustainability
