This role leads the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of data center infrastructure deals that power Anthropic's AI systems. You'll manage complex multi-stakeholder transactions from RFP through lease signing, coordinating across legal, finance, engineering, and network teams to secure the capacity needed for the company's operations.

Required

  • 10+ years of transaction management, commercial real estate, data center leasing, or infrastructure procurement experience
  • Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring term sheets, LOIs, and commercial agreements
  • Project management capability across legal, technical, finance, and operational teams
  • Experience with RFP processes and competitive sourcing for large-scale infrastructure or real estate transactions
  • Exceptional communication skills to serve as liaison between internal and external partners
  • High organization and attention to detail while maintaining strategic focus
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes are being built alongside execution
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups

Nice to have

  • Data center or hyperscale infrastructure transaction experience
  • Understanding of technical requirements for AI/ML workloads including power density, cooling, and network connectivity
  • Experience working with legal teams on complex lease negotiations or infrastructure agreements
  • Familiarity with data center developer ecosystems and market dynamics
  • Infrastructure expansion experience at high-growth technology companies
  • Knowledge of utility coordination, power procurement, or energy considerations in data center transactions
  • Background in corporate development, strategic partnerships, or infrastructure investment
