Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10–15+ years of electrical engineering experience focused on switchgear design and modular infrastructure
- Deep understanding of switchgear construction, bus bracing, thermal management, and insulation for low and medium voltage equipment
- Mastery of power protection theory including symmetrical components, relay coordination, and fault current analysis
- Ability to lead technical teams through complex engineering challenges
- Exceptional communication of complex electrical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Systems
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience representing organizations on technical committees (IEEE, NFPA, UL)
- Extensive experience with EPlan or AutoCAD Electrical for schematic integration
- Experience with PLC/SCADA integration for power automation
