Required
- Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch
- Extensive IT infrastructure managed services experience in multi-technology environments
- Deep knowledge of ITIL 4 and ITSM tooling (ServiceNow)
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), data centres, and networking
- Proven ability to manage CxO-level client relationships
- Financial management skills including budgeting and P&L awareness
- Leadership experience with distributed cross-functional infrastructure teams
- Problem-solving and escalation management under pressure
- Vendor governance and third-party service provider management experience
- NATO member country citizenship
- Eligibility to work in Belgium
Nice to have
- AIOps platform experience (Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic)
- FinOps and cloud cost governance knowledge
- Automation and orchestration tools experience (Ansible, ServiceNow Flow Designer)
- Large-scale infrastructure outsourcing or managed service transition experience
- Digital transformation programme background combining infrastructure modernisation and AI adoption
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certification
- Cloud architecture, administration, or operations certification
- AI Leadership or Generative AI Leadership certification
- PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM)
- ISO 20000 IT Service Management Lead Auditor/Implementer certification
