Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering discipline
  • 7+ years quality engineering experience in regulated manufacturing with demonstrated technical leadership
  • Deep knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, and statistical techniques
  • Expertise applying root cause analysis tools to complex problems
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor others in high-hazard, safety-critical environments
  • At least 21 years old
  • Pass State and Federal background checks
  • Obtain and maintain State and Federal explosives licenses
  • U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual eligible for ITAR authorization

Nice to have

  • Experience in energetics, explosives, aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing
  • ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt)
  • Advanced familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or DoD requirements
  • Configuration management and controlled documentation experience
  • Knowledge of government contract requirements and customer quality clauses
