- Design and execute Design of Experiments to define operating windows
- Hands-on crystallization and purification process development
- Hands-on reaction and thermal hazard assessment

- Technical communication in writing and presentations
- U.S. Person eligible for export authorization
- Ability to obtain State and Federal explosives licenses
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background checks
- Age 21 or older
