Required
- High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience
- 2+ years distribution center experience
- 6+ months leadership experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication
- English language proficiency (speaking and understanding)
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs
- Ability to walk warehouse floor and stand up to 12 hours
- Willingness to work overtime including weekends and holidays
Nice to have
- Prior automation experience in a distribution environment
- Experience in high volume or high-value distribution centers
