Required
- High school diploma
- 0-2 years cGMP bioprocessing, cell therapy manufacturing, or relevant manufacturing experience
- Ability to work assigned shift including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in cleanroom environment and perform aseptic processing
- Comfortable with exposure to human blood components
- Able to be in close proximity to strong magnets
- Physical capability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, kneel, and perform overhead reaching and repetitive arm/wrist/hand movements
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering discipline
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for biologics and cell therapy manufacturing
