What they ask for
Required
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Mechatronics, Aerospace Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency reading mechanical and electrical schematics and 3D CAD drawings
- Experience with electrical wiring and harnessing
- Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and control systems
- Ability to work in cleanroom or controlled environment
- Capable of standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working with precision tools
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree
- IPC, NASA-STD, or similar certifications
- Knowledge of vacuum systems, propulsion technology, or high-voltage components
- Availability for flexible shifts including overtime
