Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) Certification with Ohio Nurse's Aide Registry
- One year of clinical experience as an Aide in acute, rehab, or skilled nursing setting
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- Proof of $100,000/$300,000 automobile insurance coverage
Nice to have
- Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse Assistant (CHPNA) Certification
- Home Care experience
