What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering)
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience creating work instructions and process documentation
- Hands-on experience designing or building test fixtures, jigs, or tooling
- Experience maintaining work instructions in MES software
- Ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments
- CAD software proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or eligible for ITAR authorization

- SolidWorks experience
