Required
- Minimum 2 years maintaining or troubleshooting automated industrial or electromechanical equipment
- PLC-controlled equipment troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance experience
- CMMS platform experience (such as Maximo)
- Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues in high-volume production
- Ability to work outside normal shift hours including weekends
- Ability to participate in on-call support rotation
Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, packaging, distribution, or regulated manufacturing
- Experience with automated filling, packaging, conveyor, robotics, or material handling systems
- Experience implementing equipment upgrades and engineering changes
- Experience mentoring technicians or engineers
