- Legal degree and qualification to practice law

- Experience advising on complex insurance and reinsurance wording and coverage matters
- Drafting experience from a reinsurer, broker, or law firm
- Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for complex topics
- Problem-solving orientation
