  • 8+ years negotiating and executing complex commercial agreements at platform, infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools companies
  • Track record of initiating unprecedented partnerships with significantly larger companies
  • Experience structuring deals with technical depth: platform integrations, embedded products, licensing, infrastructure commitments
  • Ability to have credible conversations with engineering teams about agents, inference, model routing, and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience creating and driving strategy across an organization
  • Skill leading cross-functional teams without direct authority across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Sales
  • Strong agency and comfort working with ambiguity and deciding what to prioritize
  • Speed and decisiveness in moving large deals forward
  • Excellent communication with executives on both sides

Nice to have

  • Experience with partnerships at or with hyperscalers, frontier AI labs, or large commerce/enterprise platforms
  • Background structuring technology licensing, OEM, or embedded distribution agreements
  • Started in a technical role (engineering, solutions architecture, or technical product) before moving to commercial work
