What this role is
Launch Potato seeks an experienced HR leader to own their performance management, compensation, and compliance functions as the company scales from 200 people. This role suits someone who has built and sustained people systems at similar scale, thrives with direct executive access and autonomy, and sees HR through a lens of business impact rather than process compliance alone.
