Required
- Deep domain expertise in biosecurity, chemical defense, weapons nonproliferation, or CBRN-E threats
- Team leadership and senior domain expert status with mentorship and program-building experience
- Experience with threat actor profiling and threat intelligence analysis frameworks
- Hands-on experience with large language models and AI misuse risks
- Stakeholder management across researchers, policy experts, legal teams, and government partners
- Ability to present analytical work to technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in biological sciences, chemistry, biodefense, or related field
- Real-world experience countering weapons of mass destruction in intelligence or defense
- Government agency or national security organization experience
- Background in AI safety or machine learning security
- Experience building and scaling threat detection systems
- Active Top Secret security clearance
