Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on reliability engineering experience
  • Experience testing and validating hardware components for long-term field performance
  • Understanding of physics of failure and reliability engineering principles
  • Experience with environmental and mechanical stress testing
  • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW

Nice to have

  • Master's degree
  • Experience with electromechanical systems or sensors
  • Familiarity with reliability test equipment such as environmental chambers, vibration tables, thermocouples, and strain gauges
