  • 12+ years in influencer marketing, creator strategy, or integrated communications
  • Agency experience leading large, complex multi-client portfolios
  • Executive-level strategic counsel to C-suite clients at Fortune 500 brands
  • Proven track record winning new business and expanding existing client relationships
  • Experience across earned and paid influencer programs, celebrity negotiations, ambassador programs, and creator communities
  • Portfolio demonstrating high-impact measurable work with business outcomes
  • Understanding of influencer measurement frameworks and analytics
  • Knowledge of influencer platforms and social analytics tools
  • Leadership experience managing 5+ direct reports including managers of managers
  • Budget ownership and financial management experience including $10M+ revenue oversight
  • Executive presentation and communication skills
  • Cross-functional fluencer integrating influencer strategy with PR, paid media, and creative
