- B.S. degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Robotics, or related field
- Minimum 4 years professional engineering experience
- Understanding of engineering principles and safety analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in FMEA, FTA, and RCA
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with CAD tools and reliability prediction software
- Experience with at least one of: 14 CFR Part 450, AFSPCMAN 91-710, ARP4761
- Experience with at least one of: FAA, FCC, US Air Force/Space Force range compliance
- Data analysis skills for equipment failure interpretation
- U.S. Person status and export authorization eligibility
Nice to have
- Experience with space launch vehicle systems, flight test programs, or operational space missions
- Familiarity with launch range operations and safety systems at governmental and private spaceports
