- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years ISSM experience with classified systems in collateral and SCIF environments
- Demonstrated experience with eMASS and DCSA assessments
- Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification per DoD Directive 8140
- Strong RMF expertise and knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 503, ICD 705, and NIST standards
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools, SIEM platforms, and STIG implementation on Windows and Linux
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status
