Required
- 3+ years manufacturing scheduling or production planning experience
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to meet aggressive schedules
- Proficiency with integrated scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
- 3+ years using MRP systems in a production environment
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for Secret security clearance
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 8+ years relevant experience
- Experience with Advanced Planning Software (APS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Aerospace or space systems manufacturing background, including low-rate or high-mix production
- Ability to balance technical, capacity, and schedule constraints
- Experience in non-traditional or agile aerospace environments
