What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree, Associates degree, or trade school diploma in Facility Management, Construction Management, Business or Engineering
- 5–10 years facility management experience
- Knowledge of construction, maintenance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and building systems
- Knowledge of state, provincial and municipal building codes and regulations
- Valid Texas driver's license and insurance
- Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
