Required
- Working knowledge of hazardous material handling and explosive safety principles
- Ability to follow complex instructions and production documentation accurately
- Competence operating mechanical or automated production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus in hazardous environments
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with measuring tools
- Eligible to obtain and maintain State and Federal explosives licenses
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Pass State and Federal background checks
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Able to stand, walk, climb, and work in outdoor industrial environment for extended periods
- Able to work in high-hazard explosive manufacturing environment
- Able to wear required PPE including flame-resistant clothing
- U.S. Person status for export control compliance
