What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years hands-on experience in vehicle integration, aerospace testing, launch vehicle operations, or complex mechanical/electrical systems
- Experience authoring and executing detailed test procedures in high-consequence environments
- Understanding of multi-system integration including fluid systems, electrical power distribution, instrumentation, and controls
- Knowledge of test safety, hazardous energy control, and structured risk mitigation practices
- Ability to plan and execute complex operations in dynamic test environments
Nice to have
- Associate's degree or trade certification in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or related field
- Experience supporting vehicle-level test operations such as proof, leak, functional, cryogenic, or integrated system testing
- Familiarity with aerospace test standards such as MIL-STD-1540 or MIL-STD-810
- Experience with data acquisition systems, controls hardware, or automated test systems
