- 2+ years of data center commissioning, building systems, or critical infrastructure construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience)
- Working knowledge of data center power distribution and cooling infrastructure
- Familiarity with commissioning levels L1 through L5
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, single-line diagrams, and equipment submittals
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
