- 5+ years of related experience
- 3+ years of Agile experience
- 1+ years of JIRA experience
- Experience leading and delivering large, complex IAM and ILM programs across multiple teams
- Ability to manage executive stakeholders and drive resolution of roadblocks
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating IAM and ILM technologies
- Hands-on experience with Data Protection technology deployment
- Understanding of cloud computing, web platforms, networking, and AI
- Familiarity with C#, JavaScript, C++, Java, or Python
- Knowledge of Security Development Lifecycle and threat modeling
- Experience presenting technical security content to internal and external audiences
- Enterprise-wide program implementation experience
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, Active Directory, and Privileged Management
- Ability to work within dotted-line reporting structures
- Comfort overcoming ambiguity and driving simplification of complex systems
