- 18 years old or older
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- 3+ years specialty trade industry experience
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, paint, HVAC, or similar trade
- Demonstrated inside or telephone sales experience
- Ability to negotiate and resolve customer disputes

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
