Nice to have
- 10+ years higher education or related work experience
- Degree from accredited institution or equivalent
- Flight instruction techniques and AETC experience as instructor pilot
- Experience leading complex aircrew training and courseware development
- Knowledge of crew resource management and advanced pilot aviation skills
