Required

  • Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline
  • 15+ years of experience in translational science, clinical pharmacology, or drug development
  • 10+ years in a leadership role
  • Deep expertise in translational medicine, biomarker strategy, experimental medicine, and quantitative pharmacology
  • Ability to develop and translate scientific hypotheses between clinic and laboratory
  • Demonstrated success influencing development strategy including dose selection and study design
  • Understanding of end-to-end drug development from discovery through commercialization
  • Strong publication record
  • Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment
  • Experience mentoring, hiring, and growing scientists
  • Track record of driving innovation and delivering measurable impact across a portfolio
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
