Required

  • 12+ years relevant work experience and Bachelor's degree, OR 15+ years relevant work experience
  • Lead software engineering and platform engineering organizations at scale
  • Manage managers and senior technical leaders in complex enterprise environments
  • Architect and deliver large-scale distributed systems and high-volume transaction processing systems
  • Lead cloud modernization and platform transformation initiatives

Nice to have

  • 15+ years experience with Bachelor's degree, or 12 years with advanced degree, or 9+ years with PhD
  • Background in commercial payments, payment acceptance, or financial technology platforms
  • Experience with GenAI-assisted engineering tools and practices at scale
  • Leadership of global or distributed engineering teams
