- 2+ years related experience
- 2+ years leading process design efforts
- Proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs
- Excellent organization skills
- Good written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of process equipment design including pumps, reactors, and pressure relief valves
- Ability to work and communicate effectively across all employee levels
