- 12+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud, and systems engineering
- 8+ years leading technical teams
- 3+ years leading managers or technical leads
- Owned global enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments with accountability for strategy, architecture, budgets, and outcomes
- Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 expertise including Entra ID at enterprise scale
- Deep technical knowledge of virtualization, Windows and Linux, networking, and endpoint management
- Led business continuity, disaster recovery, and reliability programs
- Drive security and compliance outcomes including Zero Trust and privileged access
- Use Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, and automation tools like PowerShell or Python
- Managed multi-million-dollar technology budgets and vendor relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
