  • Experience in cloud computing, AI infrastructure, or adjacent technology ecosystems
  • Track record structuring, negotiating, and closing complex high-value technology transactions as lead negotiator
  • Experience negotiating agreements combining infrastructure or capacity terms with commercial or product terms
  • Ability to work with technical teams and translate engineering concepts into deal structures
  • Experience building partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders

Nice to have

  • 8-10+ years in strategic deals, corporate development, partnerships, investment banking, or business development at technology companies
  • Direct experience with hyperscaler AI or cloud partnerships, model gardens, marketplaces, and co-sell programs
  • Experience managing multiple high-value transactions simultaneously
  • Understanding of capital markets and vendor financing for infrastructure commitments
  • Strong financial modeling skills for large infrastructure projects
  • Comfort in fast-moving environments with evolving market structures and partnership norms
