- 1+ years professional software development, hardware integration, or systems engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Software-based configuration management and modern software operations
- Hands-on physical hardware integration and test equipment experience
- Fleet deployment and tracking across multiple test and operational environments
- TCP/IP networking foundation including routing, subnetting, and managed switch configuration
- Rust systems programming in Linux environment
