Required
- 1+ years professional software development, hardware integration, or systems engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Software-based configuration management and modern software operations proficiency
- Hands-on physical hardware integration and test equipment experience
- Fleet hardware deployment tracking across multiple environments
- Networking foundation (TCP/IP, routing, subnetting, managed switches)
- Systems language programming (Rust) in Linux environment
- Troubleshooting complex electromechanical anomalies from software to physical hardware
- U.S. citizenship, Green Card, or ITAR-protected status
Nice to have
- Autonomous systems experience
- Technical project management or cross-functional leadership experience
- Prior HIL test environment or avionics checkout experience for aerospace or autonomous vehicles
- Hardware communication protocols (CAN, RS422/485, LVDS), PLCs, and DAQ familiarity
- Technical documentation, system diagrams, and electrical schematic literacy
